As per the Biblical narrative of Adam & Eve, we're all of us related (by now we're what genealogists would call distant cousins). This squares with evolution (genetics) - Richard Dawkins (evolutionary biologist, atheist, author, science educator) has gone on record saying that chimps are our cousins.

Science & religion, on this rare occasion, converge to a single truth (the former is just an extrapolation of the latter).

Sounds right. Maybe the Dems will put Cheeta up for election in '24. That might turn the tide.
