When are we our best? When we know we are, or when we think we aren't?
When we are young it is likely true we are guilty of less and we might even be more likely to say we are good people, but is thinking we are good a better indicator that we are or aren't? I think when we're older we are more critical of ourselves but also have had to make more decisions with consequences that made us question ourselves.
Is our questioning of ourselves indicate that we are good as adults or are we better if we can say we're good with confidence?
